Vet Services and Dr. Luthra
Dr.
Luthra graduated in Veterinary Medicine in 1989 and
post-graduated in 1999. He has worked in several practices over the
past 18 years. He is a member of the Canadian Veterinary Medical
Association, the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association and the College
of Veterinarians of Ontario.
My goals are to provide pet medical services in an affordable manner,
to address the pet’s health needs and the owner’s concerns,
and to promote the bond between humans and their pets.
One question always asked is why are
there no fees
listed on the site and we do wish to address this.
The
College of Veterinarians of Ontario (CVO) have strict regulations and
does not allow any
advertising of fees outside of office premises. However, they do
welcome you to
inquire about fees by phone or e-mail.
Here are more
commonly asked questions
What exactly is a mobile
vet?
Mobile vets operate just like a regular veterinarian but with a few
distinctions. First and more obvious, they are actually mobile which
means they will come to your home as apposed to you bringing your pet
to a clinic. In our case, we also distinguish ourselves with longer
operating hours which means we can come to your home in the evenings
and on weekends.
Where do we operate?
We are located in Brampton and service the GTA and
surrounding area. If you live in Mississauga, Toronto, Oakville,
Scarborough, Milton, Markham, Vaughn, Brampton, North York, we can come
to your home.
What services are offered
by a mobile vet?
Mobile vets are limited in terms of what they can do when they come to
your home. For example if you are looking to spay or neuter your pet
(or other surgical procedures), your pet will need to go to a clinic.
We
can however, make arrangements to transport your pet to one of our
affiliate vet clinics or to the clinic of your choice. For a full list
of our services, click here.
